Washington
Washington wood is often very "woody" in color. Displaying earth-tones, the coloration is typically beautiful. Much of the wood we have produced from Washington has been identified as conifer from locations like Vantage, Sunnyside and the neighboring Rattlesnake Hills. Some of the Rattlesnake Hills is highly prized for its unusual stark differences in tone. Have a look at some specimens from Washington:
